The Assistant Kitchen Manager will assist the Kitchen Manager in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
Responsibilities include: Checking orders after receiving, helping management with interviews, training in new staff members, maintaining and documenting sanitation and safety compliance, ensuring food quality and quantity, and leading a diverse team of culinary professionals.
